Exploring and Managing Communication Behavior – ZOOM Webinar (3 CE) Steve Swafford
This course is a ZOOM Webinar, prior registration is required. In this session, you will discover your individual behavior and conflict styles and how this affects communication within your practice. Focus will be on identifying behavior styles in others and learning to communicate with behavior style in mind. Author Peter Senge’s concepts of “Ladder of Inference” and “mental models” will be used to illustrate the lenses leaders look through when communicating and making decisions. Values will also be discussed and used to illustrate the differences leaders bring to the team.
