Dr. Van Dyk maintains a full time private practice in San Pablo, CA. He lectures extensively on practice management issues at major and regional meetings. His course will help you to create or maintain the unforgettable practice, to exceed patient's expectations for the quality and delivery of care. This course looks at today's patient to figure out what makes them tick. It then uses that information to describe how to satisfy and then exceed the expectations of what to look for in a dental practice.
