Fred Schafer, founder and director of “Fit Food Dude Enterprises”, is a Certified Fitness Trainer with a 34-year background in the fitness, health and wellness field. In 1995, he established “Fully Alive Fitness Systems”, a personal fitness training and wellness coaching service. He was led to do so after observing so many people frustrated in their health and wellness goals and wasting their valuable time, money and emotional energy. He began to teach others the true principles of fitness, nutrition and goal achievement to avoid falling victim to the slick marketing of infomercials, fitness fraud, and nutritional nonsense that we are bombarded with daily. While health and fitness are his specialties, his message is one of hope and passionate, fully alive living. He is completely convinced that by approaching all of life with a , “work out” philosophy, that not only bodies work better, but businesses work better, associations work better, schools work better, families work better, communities work better and the future of our country, can be better. His numerous successes in business and leadership are a reflection of his enthusiasm, and it is contagious. Fred has had an extraordinary, award winning career in Restaurants, Health Care, School Nutrition, and Fitness Training and as an author, speaker and business entrepreneur.
